Controlo Organizacional uma Abordagem Baseada na Teoria Ψ

Resumo


O tema controlo organizacional é vasto, não sendo o propósito deste trabalho aprofundá-lo em todos os seus componentes. Pretende-se, contudo, clarificar os aspetos relacionados com a mudança que ocorre na organização para resolver as disfunções que surgem ao longo do tempo, segundo um modelo de engenharia organizacional baseada em noções ontológicas e na teoria da atividade. O controlo organizacional pressupõe que algumas propriedades de uma organização sejam observadas. A medida será comparada regularmente, de acordo com uma regra de viabilidade. Cabe ao controlo organizacional manter o registo de todas as propriedades de uma organização que são métricas e as respetivas regras de viabilidade que as restringem, por forma a garantir a viabilidade operação da organização.
