Relação entre Orientação para Objetivos, Partilha do Conhecimento e Capacidade Absortiva em Equipas Ágeis

Resumo


Partilha do conhecimento é um processo onde unidades se influenciam para criar conhecimento novo. Ela tem ligação com a capacidade absortiva, uma habilidade que permite à empresa identificar conhecimentos externos, assimilá-los e aplicá-los, porém não está claro na literatura como essa ligação acontece. Um dos antecedentes da partilha do conhecimento e capacidade absortiva é orientação para objetivos, que podem ser de aprendizagem ou desempenho. Esses objetivos existem nas metodologias ágeis, que pretendem fomentar o aprendizado da equipa enquanto entregam software de melhor qualidade. Esse trabalho pretende estabelecer a relação entre partilha do conhecimento, capacidade absortiva e orientação para objetivos no contexto de equipas ágeis, o que foi realizado com uma revisão sistemática da literatura. Como resultados foram estabelecidas seis proposições sobre a relação dos construtos no contexto de equipas ágeis, com as quais gerentes podem identificar a orientação da equipa e criar planos de ação para as estratégias de conhecimento.
