Metodologia de Gestão de Benefícios no Projeto InovGrid: um estudo de Caso

Resumo


Este artigo utiliza a metodologia de Gestão de Benefícios, proposta pela Cranfield School  of Management, para identificar os benefícios do Projeto InovGrid. Esse projeto,  fortemente baseado em Sistemas e Tecnologias de Informação (SI/TI), visa a melhoria do consumo de energia da população portuguesa. Foi realizado um estudo de caso,  com recolha de dados por meio de entrevistas, análise de documentos secundários e observação direta. A principal contribuição deste artigo é a proposta de uma Rede de Dependência de Benefícios que aponta a projeção internacional das empresas, o crescimento do volume de negócios, aumento de know-how e, principalmente, a melhoria na relação com o cliente como principais benefícios do projeto para as empresas envolvidas.
