Motivações para o Comportamento de Partilha do Conhecimento em Comunidades de Software Livre
Resumo
O objetivo desse trabalho é identificar as motivações para o comportamento de partilha do conhecimento, dividido em coleta e doação, em uma comunidade de software livre. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa exploratória por meio de entrevistas com membros de uma comunidade de software livre com atuação em todos os continentes. Os resultados mostram quatro motivações para a coleta de conhecimento, oito motivações para a doação de conhecimento, e quatro motivações para a coleta e doação de conhecimento na comunidade de software livre. As motivações para a coleta focam no conhecimento (por exemplo, qualidade do conhecimento), as motivações para a doação focam no indivíduo (por exemplo, reconhecimento), e as motivações associadas tanto à coleta quanto à doação focam na relação entre os indivíduos (por exemplo, laços com outros membros).
