Capacidade Para a Gestão do Portfólio de Projetos Uma Abordagem Teórica

Resumo


Em ambientes de forte pendor tecnológico e acelerada mudança, as organizações usam as aptidões
para a gestão de projetos de TI de forma explorar oportunidades de negócio realizando a maioria
dos projetos no contexto de um programa ou portfólio de projetos. O conceito de capacidade
dinâmica é particularmente relevante em ambientes de difícil previsibilidade, A gestão do portfólio
de projetos é o exemplo perfeito desse tipo de ambiente. A capacidade para a gestão do portfólio de
projetos (Capacidade de GPP) visa garantir o alinhamento entre o portfólio de projetos e a estratégia
da organização. Os processos centrais da Capacidade de GPP estão diretamente relacionados com as
mudanças na composição dos recursos da organização. O presente trabalho apresenta um modelo
teórico que permite compreender melhor a forma como as organizações criam as capacidades
dinâmicas necessárias a uma eficaz gestão do portfólio de projetos de TI da organização.
