Co-criação e Sistematização de Conhecimento no Front-End de Inovação para a Criação de Novos Conceitos, no contexto da User Innovation
Resumo
A diferenciação e a capacidade de competir nos exigentes mercados atuais são as maiores forças motrizes da inovação. A inovação pode ser vista como conhecimento incorporado em produtos ou serviços. Porém, as organizações podem não conseguir ser autónomas na criação de novo conhecimento. Para suprimento desta lacuna, as organizações abriram os seus processos de inovação no sentido de obter conhecimento externo, através da colaboração com vários agentes socioeconómicos (clientes, parceiros, fornecedores, universidades, etc.). Várias estratégias e ferramentas de software baseadas na Web 2.0 foram desenvolvidas ou adotadas para o envolvimento destes agentes no estágio inicial do processo de inovação. No entanto, estas ferramentas não são de todo eficientes na sistematização do conhecimento, processo necessário para facilitar a sua transferência e internalização. Este artigo apresenta um método para a sistematização de conhecimento co- criado no processo de desenvolvimento de novos conceitos, no contexto da inovação com utilizadores. O método é baseado em mapas conceptuais estendidos, criados colaborativamente e estruturados no formato standard XTM.
