Alguns procedimentos e estratégias para lidar com a resistência ao uso de novas tecnologias: uma revisão da literatura

Resumo


A implementação de uma inovação relacionada com uma aplicação informática numa organização tem como reflexo manifestações de resistência por parte dos utilizadores, que podem ser catalogadas de diversas formas e causar mau estar na organização se não forem percebidas. Deve existir um empenho por parte dos decisores organizacionais para as diluir. A resistência tem sido apresentada e discutida como um dos mais frequentes motivos para se tomarem medidas importantes aquando da implementação de inovações. Estas medidas podem ser desencadeadas previamente, no momento de implementação ou delineadas como acções pós-implementação. É importante que em cada organização, conhecedora do ambiente organizacional e do perfil dos potenciais utilizadores da nova tecnologia, se esboce um plano estratégico com as possíveis acções para que exista sucesso de utilização. Neste documento apresentamos uma revisão da literatura acerca da resistência e estratégias para a combater nas diferentes fases de implementação de tecnologias de informação.
