Da realidade à prática: a importância de um guião para a construção de uma política de sucesso no uso de tecnologias

Resumo


Existe uma pressão na maioria das organizações para tornarem os seus processos operacionais, tácticos e estratégicos mais eficientes e mais efectivos. A tecnologia de informação representa um investimento substancial para aquelas e constitui um aspecto significativo para o trabalho organizacional. Mas este valor é apenas realizado quando o sistema de informação é utilizado pelos indivíduos da organização de forma a que contribua para os objectivos estratégicos e operacionais da mesma. É importante que as organizações reconheçam que a mudança é um factor que os utilizadores têm de compreender e assimilar, e que a implementação dessa mudança deve ser auxiliada através de uma política. A infusão desta pode ajudar no sucesso da disseminação e utilização da informação, bem como na difusão e uso de uma tecnologia. Neste documento apresentamos uma revisão da literatura acerca de um dos pontos importantes na nossa investigação, a mudança nas organizações e as manifestações de resistência.
